Refund Policy

Not happy with your first purchase? Ask within 30 days and we refund it in full, no questions asked.

Plans and digital books

  • Your first purchase, a Plus or Pro plan or a coloring book PDF, is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee, even if you used some pages.
  • After that, unlocked books and pages already made are not refunded, but if a page or book came out wrong, write to us and we will fix it, redo it or refund it. Pages that fail never count.

Printed books

  • You can cancel for a full refund until the book is sent to the printer (usually within a few hours of ordering).
  • If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo within 30 days and we reprint it or refund it, including shipping.
  • Printed books are made to order, so a correctly printed book is not refundable after printing.

Gift cards

Unused gift cards can be refunded to the buyer within 30 days of purchase.

Plus and Pro plans

Plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you stop them. You can stop a plan any time in your account; it will not renew, and you keep it until the end of the period you paid for. Unused monthly pages do not carry over. Your first plan payment is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee above.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your order number (it starts with C) and the email you paid with. We answer within one business day; refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. The general Morocode refund policy also applies; where this page gives you more, this page applies.
