About this coloring page
Psalm 118:24 reads "This is the day which the Lord hath made, we will rejoice and be glad in it" in the King James Version. This Bible verse coloring page fits the whole verse into bubble letters inside a rounded frame, with flowers in the corners and the reference below.
Psalm 118 is a song of thanksgiving, sung by someone who has been rescued from trouble and wants everyone to give thanks. Verse 24 takes that gratitude and turns it toward the present: today itself is a gift worth celebrating. Many families say it as a morning verse at breakfast or on the way to school, and some Sunday school classes sing it. It is longer than most verse pages, so it suits older children or coloring over a few days. Talk about one good thing that happened today.
